Heartstrings
I successfully pitched this 4-minute MOS, auditioned and selected talent, wrote, and directed, along with a crew of four other students. Heartstrings follows Claire, a young college student, who struggles to keep the close relationship with Melody, her childhood best friend and roommate when Melody begins to party and drink socially. Claire fights her past of previous addiction and learns where her priorities lie, with her music or with her friend.
The final cut was released in December of 2021, and premiered on December 9th in Athens, GA. It has recently won an award for Best Short Film at UGA's Backlight Student Film Festival.
